1. Payment Terms
_{[1.1] Payments must be made by Paypal, VGen or Ko-Fi.
.......[1.1-1] Payment by Paypal adds 5% because of the service fee. — Payments by KO-Fi and VGen adds 10% because of the service fee. — and I will be sending the invoice.
[1.2] Once approved, NO changes will be free. — Except only for missing details or similar omissions.
[1.3] 50% payment must be provided before the commission be started, the other 50% must be provided before commission delivery.

[1.4] Refound is aplicable only for Illustrations and Vtuber Models. I'll be able to only refound 60% of the payment already recieved if the commission had already been started.
[1.5] Commercial License over Illustrations have a different type of pricing — for Streaming or Merchandise — and the fee is negotiable according to the way you're going to use — Aplicable to products, promotional art, etc.
.......[1.5-1] Commercial License for Streaming Illustration adds fee starting from +100% minimum. — Emotes, Badges or Vtuber Models already have Commercial License for Streaming and are the only exception.

2. Be clear with your order information

4. Deadlines/Time Working
_{[4.1] I only work in working days. - At weekends I reserve time to rest}.
_{.......[4.1-1] during week, in some wednesday I must be ocupped with some family business too and do not be able to work. When agree with this term, you are stating that you are aware of this clausule.
[4.2] Commissions with delivery time/deadline determined by the client, recieve addition in price.

5. Propriety Terms
_{[5.1]* I reserve the right to use the commission as part of my portfolio or self promotion — posting WIP's or final result. If the client doesn't want it, a Privacy Fee of +100$ will be added.

[1.5] Licença Comercial sobre Ilustrações tem um tipo diferente de cobrança — para Streaming ou Merchandise — e a taxa é negociável de acordo com a maneira que irá usá-la — Aplicável à produtos, arte promocional, etc.
.......[1.5-1] Licença Comercial para Ilustrações de Streaming adiciona uma taxa à partir de +100% no mínimo. — Emotes, Badges/Insígnias ou Modelos Vtuber já possuem Licença Comercial para Streaming e são a única exceção.

2. Seja claro com as informações do seu pedido.

4. Data limites/Tempo Trabalhando.

5. Termos de Propriedade
